Eeeee!
Dudes. DUDES!!!
I am writing this entry from my brand-spanking new Compaq Presario 2135CA laptop. It is silver and very shiny and has nice round edges, and I love it so much I may never be able to leave it again. I may just have to become a hermit.
Of course, I'm mildly annoyed because my DVD player isn't working properly, and due to the whole 2:15AM thing, I can't go in right now and get it fixed. (I got the display model, because it was the last one they had, and I think they just didn't include the software I need.) It's really not that big of a deal - I was just looking forward to watching my new Buffy Season 2 DVDs in bed, and now that's a dream that will have to wait for another 12 hours. Tragic, I know.
Man alive, this thing is so convenient! It's lightweight (well, relatively), has a 15 inch screen which is the perfect size for me, and it charges really damn fast. The keyboard is really nice - just the right amount of sensitivity - and I can't WAIT to start writing my novel on this baby!

And now, I must away, because JAGO IS MY HERO and he figured out my problem with my DVD player and I'm going to go set it up now! Eeeeeeeee!
